This page tells you the terms on which you may use our Friends and Family Referral scheme. Please read these terms carefully before use.
Please note that as a We Do Mortgages customer, you may not introduce ‘friends and family’ in a professional capacity.
The total referral payments to any individual customer in any 12-month period to be capped at £300. There are however no limits on how many individuals to whom such referral payments may be made.
Individual referral payments are capped at £100 per introduction (i.e. if the maximum £100 is offered per individual this limits the payments to 3 per individual in 12 months).
Separate payments to spouses/partners are acceptable as long as this does not relate to the referral of the same potential customer.
The schemes must only be open to individuals acting in a personal capacity who are referring friends and family.
The role of the individual making the referral should be strictly limited to passing on the contact details of a friend or family only. For example, sending them the link to our Referral Page.
To ensure We Do Mortgages is able to track your referral correctly, your referral must include your name on the referral form and they must personally provide consent for the We Do Mortgages team to contact them. You may not fill out the form on their behalf. If this occurs, you will be in breach of the Terms and Conditions outlined on this page.
Upon your friends/family completing on their purchase or remortgage through We Do Mortgages, we will make payment to you within the month.
Please note that we will never ask for sensitive financial information.
We change these terms from time to time and you must check them for changes as terms may be changed without notice to you.
